# Lịch sử sửa chữa

Màn hình **Lịch sử sửa chữa** trong Resident giúp chủ nhà theo dõi toàn bộ quá trình sửa chữa tài sản trong hệ thống. Tại đây ghi nhận chi tiết các **hạng mục sửa chữa**, **chi phí thực hiện** và **nhà cung cấp liên quan**, hỗ trợ chủ nhà kiểm soát tình trạng tài sản, quản lý chi phí vận hành và đảm bảo tính minh bạch trong công tác bảo trì – sửa chữa.

### 1. Thông tin hiển thị trong báo cáo <a href="#id-1.-thong-tin-hien-thi-trong-bao-cao" id="id-1.-thong-tin-hien-thi-trong-bao-cao"></a>

* **Tòa nhà, Căn hộ, Giường**: Xác định vị trí tài sản cần sửa chữa.
* **Tên tài sản sửa chữa**: Loại tài sản đang được sửa chữa (ví dụ: điều hòa, máy giặt, tủ lạnh...).
* **Nhà cung cấp**: Đơn vị/nhân sự thực hiện sửa chữa.
* **Nội dung sửa chữa**: Mô tả chi tiết công việc sửa chữa.
* **Thời gian sửa chữa**: Ngày thực hiện sửa chữa.
* **Số tiền sửa chữa**: Chi phí sửa chữa phát sinh.
* **Ghi chú**: Thông tin bổ sung khác (nếu có).

### 2. Cách xuất dữ liệu Báo cáo Lịch sử sửa chữa <a href="#id-2.-cach-xuat-du-lieu-bao-cao-lich-su-sua-chua" id="id-2.-cach-xuat-du-lieu-bao-cao-lich-su-sua-chua"></a>

* Tại màn hình này, bạn có thể xuất dữ liệu **Báo cáo Lịch sử sửa chữa** bằng cách nhấn vào biểu tượng **Xuất dữ liệu** (hình mũi tên màu xanh hướng xuống) để tải dữ liệu về.

* Sau khi click vào nút này, hệ thống sẽ chuyển sang màn Lịch sử Import/Export. Bạn hãy nhấn nút Tải xuống tại dòng dữ liệu muốn tải và Lưu về máy.

### 3. Lọc dữ liệu Báo cáo Lịch sử sửa chữa <a href="#id-3.-loc-du-lieu-bao-cao-lich-su-sua-chua" id="id-3.-loc-du-lieu-bao-cao-lich-su-sua-chua"></a>

Để lọc dữ liệu Báo cáo Lịch sử sửa chữa, bạn click vào biểu tượng Lọc dữ liệu (dấu 3 gạch màu đen), chọn tiêu chí lọc và ấn Áp dụng để lọc.
