# Loại thu chi

**Loại thu chi** là tính năng giúp phân loại các khoản thu và chi trong quản lý tài chính của chủ nhà. Bạn có thể tạo các loại thu chi như tiền thuê, phí dịch vụ, tiền phạt, hoặc chi phí sửa chữa, v.v. Mỗi loại sẽ được phân loại và mô tả rõ ràng để dễ dàng theo dõi, báo cáo và quản lý tài chính.

## 1. Thêm loại thu chi

Để thêm Loại thu chi, bạn thực hiện theo các bước sau: 

**Bước 1**: Tại màn hình chính, ấn chọn **Danh mục khác** -> **Tài chính** -> **Loại thu chi**

**Bước 2:** Ấn chọn dấu (+) để thêm Loại thu chi mới

**Bước 3**: Tại màn hình Thêm Loại thu chi, điền các thông tin theo yêu cầu của hệ thống. Cuối cùng ấn Lưu để hoàn thành thao tác

## 2. Sửa/Xoá loại thu chi

Để Sửa/Xoá Loại thu chi, bạn click vào nút Cập nhật/Xoá tại Loại thu chi tương ứng
