# Sổ quỹ theo ngày

Màn hình **Sổ quỹ theo ngày** cho phép theo dõi chi tiết tình hình thu – chi và số dư quỹ của từng tài khoản (tiền mặt, ngân hàng, ví,…) theo từng ngày. Đây là công cụ quan trọng để chủ nhà quản lý dòng tiền hằng ngày một cách minh bạch, chính xác.

## 1. Thông tin hiển thị

Trong bảng dữ liệu, hệ thống hiển thị:

* **Ngày**: Ngày ghi nhận giao dịch thu – chi.
* **Tài khoản**: Tên tài khoản hoặc loại quỹ (tiền mặt, ngân hàng, ví,…).
* **Số dư đầu ngày**: Số dư còn lại tại thời điểm bắt đầu ngày.
* **Tổng thu**: Tổng số tiền thu vào quỹ trong ngày.
* **Tổng chi**: Tổng số tiền chi ra trong ngày.
* **Tồn cuối ngày**: Số dư quỹ còn lại sau khi cộng thu và trừ chi trong ngày đó.

## 2. Cách xuất dữ liệu Báo cáo sổ quỹ theo ngày

Để xuất dữ liệu **Báo cáo sổ quỹ theo ngày,** bạn thực hiện như sau: 

* Tại màn hình **Báo cáo sổ quỹ theo ngày**, click vào nút **Xuất dữ liệu** (hình mũi tên màu xanh hướng xuống dưới)

* Sau khi click vào nút này, hệ thống sẽ chuyển sang màn Lịch sử Import/Export. Bạn hãy nhấn nút Tải xuống tại dòng dữ liệu muốn tải và Lưu về máy.&#x20;

## 3. Lọc dữ liệu Báo cáo Sổ quỹ theo ngày

Để lọc dữ liệu Báo cáo bỏ trả, bạn click vào biểu tượng Lọc dữ liệu (dấu 3 gạch màu đen), chọn tiêu chí lọc và ấn Áp dụng để lọc.&#x20;
